Amendments to planning permission dated 9th March 2023 (RN: 22/06526/COFUL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 19/11/2020 (RN 19/06451/COFUL) for the redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 15 May 2018 (RN: 17/11240/FULL) for the: Excavation of ground level to form new lowered landscaped courtyard area to the rear elevation, with associated removal of existing structures and trees, including TPO London Plane tree; new landscaping including replacement trees, erection of new walls, gates and bin store to Redan Place, and provision of green wall to western end of courtyard. Variation of conditions 1, 5 ,11 and 12 attached to the planning permission dated 25 January 2019 (RN 18/10192/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 17 April 2018 (RN 17/09039/FULL) for: the Demolition of existing workshop to side of building, excavation of basement with rear lightwells, erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and two dormers to side and rear at roof level ; NAMELY, to vary the wording of condition 5 in respect of the side dormer as building , other external changes to the consented design , compliance with Appendix A of the Code of Construction Practice , and replacement tree planting .

Variation of condition 5 of appeal decision dated 14 July 2015 (RN: APP/X5990/D/15/3009550) for the re-positioning of the vehicle crossover on Townshend Road and new boundary wall treatment, erection of single storey side extension facing Townshend Road and small side extension next to No 28, excavation of a two storey basement, external alterations and the removal of three lime trees and replacement with suitable specimens.
