Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 15 February 2021 (RN: 20/08250/FULL) for the Refurbishment of existing townhouse and attached mews house, erection of lower ground floor infill extension with ground floor terrace above, erection of ground floor rear mews extension with first floor terrace above, erection of first floor rear mews extension, replacement of first floor conservatory to rear of main house, and installation of roof level plant equipment to main house. NAMELY, to allow additional fabric removal at ground, first, second, third, and fourth floor levels to regularise demolition work that went beyond that consented on the approved demolition plans ref: 20/08250/FULL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Erection of a temporary fire escape staircase for 21 Arlington Street for a period of 3 years and facilitating works including demolition of modern conservatory to William Kent House and a blockwork wall, associated cuts into listed fabric to enable structural support of the escape stair, and works to make good the fabric upon removal of the temporary escape stair and permanent hard landscaping in place of removed conservatory.
