Amendments to planning permission dated 29 March 2022 (RN: 21/08501/FULL) for alterations to provide inclusive access to the building, comprising installation of a platform lift to the main entrance. Creation of a terrace at roof level (to rear of building) and level access to the terrace. Alterations to the rear and mews facade; and alterations at lower ground floor associated with the conversion of the car park to office floorspace. NAMELY, to create two inverted dormer openings within the existing first floor mansard roof to the rear of the building to house louvred vents.
