Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 16th November 2021 (RN: 21/05242/FULL) for Erection of rear extension, formation of lightwell and associated excavation to lower ground floor level; glazed conservatory at rear ground floor level with associated balcony and stair; partial demolition of existing closet wing and replacement with raised roof level; installation of dormer window, roof light and AC units at roof level and associated works. NAMELY, installation of an alternative air conditioning unit and replacement of its enclosure with an acoustic screen at roof level.

Variation of conditions 5 and 6 of planning permission dated 22nd February 2018 (RN 17/10993/FULL) for the Erection of rear dormer to rear roofslope; two rooflights to front roofslope; juliette balcony to existing door at rear first floor level, new window in rear elevation, and use of first, second and new attic storey as 1x1 bedroom flat and 1x2 bedroom maisonette, with associated bin storage and cycle storage provision to front from RN 17/10993/FULL. NAMELY, to provide brick bin store rather than timber and details of the proposed cycle store.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 June 2019 (RN:19/02013/FULL) for, 'Erection of three bedroom dwellinghouse (Class C3) over ground to fourth floor level'; NAMELY, to enable amendments to the footprint of the ground floor and fourth floors, installation of roof safety guardrails, roof alterations including alterations to mansard pitch, replacement of rooflight with dormer window to front elevation, replacement of dormer with panelling to rear roof, increase of height of rear parapet roof by 225mm, drainage and the provision of a sedum roof. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd August 2021 (RN: 21/04731/FULL) for the: Erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level, loft conversion including dormer and rooflights, provision of level access and landscape works to the gardens, and associated works. NAMELY, to retain extended part of rear extension and associated folding doors.

Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission dated 29 June 2021 (RN: 21/02601/FULL) for amalgamation of 2-4 Old Queen Street and 6 Old Queen Street; erection of infill extension at rear first and second floor level, roof extension with front dormer and lift overrun at fourth level to 6 Old Queen Street; alterations to rear fenestration; new rooflight; new shopfronts; and rationalisation and installation of new plant and air condenser units; all in connection with the use of the ground floor as a café and office entrance, first, second and part third floors as office and third and fourth floor as one residential unit; namely to amend the proposed rear elevation and proposed first floor plan to include revised provision of external mechanical plant at the rear of 2-4 & 6 Old Queen Street.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 07 December 2021 (RN: 21/04704/FULL) for the erection of a mansard roof extension and enclosed terrace. NAMELY, to allow the repositioning and increase in the size of the three consented dormer windows facing Albion Close.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 September 2020 (RN: 20/04800/FULL) for, 'Erection of infill extension at basement level in order to enlarge existing office (Class B1), use of part ground floor on Mount Street elevation as a shop (Class A1) accessed from existing bay, erection of roof extension to enlarge existing flat (Class C3), insertion of new windows and doors on the north and east elevations, creation of a residential terraces at third floor level and provision of plant within existing vaults'; NAMELY, to insert a door in place of a window at basement level and alter the design of a dormer window at 5th floor level. Variation of conditions 1, 5 ,11 and 12 attached to the planning permission dated 25 January 2019 (RN 18/10192/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 17 April 2018 (RN 17/09039/FULL) for: the Demolition of existing workshop to side of building, excavation of basement with rear lightwells, erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and two dormers to side and rear at roof level ; NAMELY, to vary the wording of condition 5 in respect of the side dormer as building , other external changes to the consented design , compliance with Appendix A of the Code of Construction Practice , and replacement tree planting .
