Namely, to reduce the size of the rear extension's lantern and regularise its shape; omit triangular fan light from the rear elevation of the rear extension; simplify pergola design; and replacement of window sashes with slimline double glazing.

Amendments to planning permission dated (RN: 22/01867/FULL) for the: Use of a building as three self-contained flats (Class C3); erection a ground floor rear extension; dormer roof extension; roof lights to the front elevation; bike and bin storage within front garden; and associated works. Namely, to allow increase in dimensions of dormer and reducing side clearance between dormer cheeks and side boundary of the building; increase in height of dormer; and lifting of flat roof of dormer to 100mm below main ridge line of roof.
