Erection of two dormer windows in rear roofslope (retrospective).

Widening of existing rear dormer window, extension to terrace to rear, replacement railings to roof terrace (like for like), and replacement windows like for like basis (retrospective).

Replacement windows to the front and rear elevations, new decking to flat roof, recladding of dormer in lead including new dormered fully glazed door, installation of railings; and other associated works. (Retrospective)

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 8th March 2021 (RN 20/08269/FULL) for the insertion of 3 rooflights to the front roof and the construction of dormer to the rear roof and relocation of existing solar panels in connection with conversion of existing roof space into habitable accommodation; NAMELY, two panel door in the rear dormer; the installation of glass Juliet balustrade and the use of hanging slate to the dormer cheeks in lieu of standing seam lead (retrospective application).
