Excavation of basement storey beneath house and rear courtyard, rear single storey infill extension to courtyard with fully glazed roof, installation of Juliet balcony to side elevation at first floor and enlargement of existing bathroom window, new window at second floor to rear elevation and new dormer window to rear elevation at second floor. Installation of 2 windows to second floor flat roof, replacement of the existing roof covering; Installation of ASHP plant within rear courtyard and installation of solar panels to existing second floor flat roof.

Amalgamation of 3 residential units, to provide 2 x 3 bed residential units, extension and alterations to roof and installation of 2 rear dormer windows.

Internal at all levels to reconfigure layouts and external alterations to the eastern lightwell and rear elevation and courtyard, creation of a concealed plant area at roof level within an acoustic enclosure and new dormer windows.

Amendments to planning permission dated (RN: 22/01867/FULL) for the: Use of a building as three self-contained flats (Class C3); erection a ground floor rear extension; dormer roof extension; roof lights to the front elevation; bike and bin storage within front garden; and associated works. Namely, to allow increase in dimensions of dormer and reducing side clearance between dormer cheeks and side boundary of the building; increase in height of dormer; and lifting of flat roof of dormer to 100mm below main ridge line of roof.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16 November 2021 (RN: 21/05242/FULL) for 'Erection of rear extension, formation of lightwell and associated excavation to lower ground floor level; glazed conservatory at rear ground floor level with associated balcony and stair; partial demolition of existing closet wing and replacement with raised roof level; installation of dormer window, roof light and AC units at roof level and associated works'. Namely, to change the approved roof plant to a better performing and more environment friendly model (Daikin VRVRXYSCQ6TV1) and amend the associated plant enclosure.

Dual/alternative use of the third and fourth floors for either continued offices (Class E) and / or as 1 x 2 bedroom flat (Class C3) and; external works including the insertion of skylight at roof level; trickle vents; Welsh slate to mansard roof; removal and replacement of mastic asphalt roof weathering; new roof insulation; new leadwork to dormer (including cheeks), solid timber entrance door; repositioning of windows to allow for reconfigured staircase; addition of window to allow a smoke vent lobby and extension of railing at roof level.
