Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 31 May 2023 (RN: 23/01224/FULL) for demolition of existing rear and side extension, and replacement with single storey rear extension (lower ground level), and double storey side extension (lower-ground and ground level), lowering of existing lower-ground floor level, addition of rooflights at ground floor, first floor, and roof level, and updates to existing rear dormer and windows.; NAMELY, for the installation of a rooflight to the side extension.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 20th March 2021 (RN 20/01550/FULL) for the excavation of a basement beneath the footprint of the original dwelling. Erection of additional mansard roof storey with dormer windows. Alterations to elevation to provide new windows. Merging the two existing flats into a single dwelling house. NAMELY, additional windows added to the rear facade (with fixed, privacy glass)

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 14 May 2021 (RN 20/01550/FULL) for excavation of a basement beneath the footprint of the original dwelling. Erection of additional mansard roof storey with dormer windows. Alterations to elevation to provide new windows. Merging the two existing flats into a single dwelling house. NAMELY, to amend and include additional windows and raise roof level.

Variation of conditions 1 and 4 of planning permission dated 29 November 2018 (RN: 18/03516/FULL ) for the Installation of two new dormer windows to the front roofslope and one new dormer window to the rear roofslope to create one new self-contained unit. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the cladding material to the cheeks to the dormers in natural grey slates.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21st April 2022 (RN: 22/00336/FULL) for the Extension to mansard roof and roof terrace, relocation of extract duct to the rear from RN: 22/00336/FULL. Namely, to increase in the overall height of the North elevation dormer windows by lowering the cill level and to increase the size of the roof light above the staircase.

Variation of conditions 5 and 6 of planning permission dated 22nd February 2018 (RN 17/10993/FULL) for the Erection of rear dormer to rear roofslope; two rooflights to front roofslope; juliette balcony to existing door at rear first floor level, new window in rear elevation, and use of first, second and new attic storey as 1x1 bedroom flat and 1x2 bedroom maisonette, with associated bin storage and cycle storage provision to front from RN 17/10993/FULL. NAMELY, to provide brick bin store rather than timber and details of the proposed cycle store.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 2nd November 2022 (RN:22/04118/FULL) for the Replacement of roof, windows, doors and associated alterations to front and rear elevations; Replacement of rear dormer with larger dormer, installation of rooflight and creation of balcony at roof-level; Creation of balcony at ground floor level with new stair access leading to rear garden; Formation of new windows and doors to rear at ground and lower ground floor levels; associated with reconfiguration of existing flats (1 x 1 bed and 1 x 4 bed).
