Amendments to the planning permission dated 29 September 2020 (RN: 20/03884/FULL) for the variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and removal of condition 9 (coffee bar use restriction) of the planning permission dated 13 December 2019 (19/06852/FULL) which granted a temporary change of use from Office (Class B1) to a sales and marketing suite (Sui Generis) for a period of 5 years with associated internal and external alterations, including: replacement rear extension with terrace above, erection of roof level plant screen, replacement entrance on St Petersburgh Place, insertion of door on Moscow Road, awnings to St Petersburgh Place frontage, erection pergola and fence at rear as well as erection of bicycle and bin store to side. NAMELY, to retain some of the temporary features to the main entrance on St Petersburgh Place , the gates, limestone cladding and three awnings on the St Petersburgh Place frontage.

Erection of new wall and fence along rear boundary.

Erection of 1m high rendered front garden wall ,new timber gate, lattice fencing ,bin storage cupboards ,planters and associated hard and soft landscaping (retrospective).

Erection of replacement rear boundary walls and fencing (Retrospective)

Amendments to planning permission dated 24th February 2022 (RN 21/06887/FULL) for the External and internal refurbishment works comprising the erection of a new buggy and waste storage, new step-free access, rear fire staircase, new paving and railings to the rear and amendments to the fenestration and external doors to enable the continued use of the site as a Class E unit. NAMELY, to make minor modifications, relocation of the pedestrian entrance gate to 9500mm from western boundary wall; Raise the level of the rear deck from 77.65 (lowest point) to FFL: 78.08, reducing the change of levels; Increase the height of the canalside rail from 1100mm to 1500mm; Reconfiguration of the steps in the rear extension of RB Building. This is to facilitate a new fire escape route which is required by Building Control; Provide a new white painted hydraulic platform lift to the rear of the RB Building to enable DDA access to the rear terrace decking level; Provide a new 1500mm white timber fence at the rear terrace between the terrace and nursery garden. This is required for privacy purposes due to OFSTED regulations; Provide a new retaining wall (from FFL78.08) on the eastern boundary. This is to accommodate a ground-level change between the nursery garden and the portobello apartments which requires a retaining wall to support the nursery garden area, creating an even landscaped area; Replace the consented eastern boundary railing with a new 1800mm white timber fence on the eastern boundary, as is required by OFSTED; Pest control, Post and Wire on all windows to prevent bird nesting.

Erection of outbuilding with pergola structure, replacement fencing and associated external alterations (retrospective).

Erection of an electrical substation to rear of new building and associated works including protective fencing.

Erection of a Spiegeltent touring structure (with an internal capacity of up to 600), a box office, two bar areas, seven catering units, toilets, storage, outdoor seating areas and fencing with lighting and associated plant in conjunction with use of Cavendish Square for the Underbelly Festival at Cavendish Square 2022 (Sui Generis), with a maximum of 2,000 visitors at any one time, for a temporary period from 28 April 2022 to 31 July 2022. Installation and deinstallation will take place over the periods between 13 April 2022 and 8 August 2022.

Erection of UPS/uninterruptible power supply building with associated alterations to existing fence and additional fencing, decking, new emergency fire exit and replacement of window to flat 2 with fire proof glazing at 1-9 Doveberry Place , 2 Malvern Road.
