Variation of Conditions 1, 4 and 5 of planning permission dated 31st August 2021 (RN:21/00759/FULL) for the Demolition and redevelopment of an existing single family dwelling behind a retained and altered facade including a new second floor mansard roof extension namely, to amend the design of the garage doors to include a painted timber ventilation louvre panel and to approve all facing materials.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 20th May 2021 (RN 20/08074/FULL ) for the enlargement of rear lightwells and erection of rear extensions at lower ground floor, use of garage as habitable accommodation and associated replacement of garage door with window, replacement windows in rear extension, replacement rooflights, removal of tree in front garden and associated landscaping as well as internal alterations across all levels. NAMELY, amend the size and position of approved rear rooflight, amend the position of approved rear extension rooflight and infilling rear window opening (Linked to 22/02508/LBC)

Amendments to planning permission dated 8th December 2020 (RN 20/03395/FULL) for the erection of roof extension, erection of replacement rear extension and replacement of the garage door. NAMELY, amendment to position of small window in the dormer; change to narrow panel to the right of the ground floor sliding glass door from opaque glass to dark stained softwood boards; and the three rear elevation first floor windows will be lowered by three brick courses.
