Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19th November 2019(RN 19/04906/COFUL) for the Demolition of existing garage block and erection of a single building containing two, three storey dwelling houses with front areas and private amenity spaces. NAMELY, amendment to the 'redline' and siting of the building to avoid construction on part boundary wall.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 21st August 2019 (RN:19/03949/FULL) for the 'Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2019 (RN: 18/10895) which in itself varied Conditions 1 and 3 and removal of Condition 4 of planning permission dated 4 November 2014 (RN: 14/08152) for the use as a single family dwelling (Class C3) and associated external alterations including rebuilding of the second floor, construction of a mansard roof extension at third floor, construction of terraces at first and second floor levels and alterations to windows and doors to change the proposed facing material from render to brickwork, new fenestration, and alterations to garage and entrance doors to amend the size and position of windows on the north and east elevations; to insert a double door on the east elevation; to move position of the entrance door on the north elevation; the garage door to be replaced by a window; to render the remaining sections of the building; and to remove condition 4 as the garage will not be used for parking vehicles.
