Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 December 2022 (RN: 22/03987/FULL) for conversion of ground floor garage to habitable accommodation and erection of mansard extension for use in connection with the existing first floor flat (Unit 8); and extension to the rear first floor to existing flat, Unit 2 [Site includes rear of 25-27 Catherine Place]; namely, to extend the width of the flat roof at Unit 2 to the parapet edge, aligning the roof line.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 07 October 2021 (RN: 21/03191/FULL) (as varied by planning permission dated 02 February 2023 (RN: 22/07629/FULL)) for 'Erection of mansard roof with rooflights and photovoltaics over; provision of roof terrace at new second floor level; opening up blind windows at second floor level; replacement garage doors; new entrance door location; replacement windows with slimline double glazing; installation of air condenser unit enclosed within an acoustic louvred panel at roof level'. Amendments to planning permission dated 06 February 2020 (RN: 19/08067/FULL) for 'Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 1 October 2019 (RN: 19/06550/FULL) for: Use of part of the ground floor, mezzanine, basement and sub-basement (vaults) as a spa facility (Class D2), installation of plant equipment to the Robert Street elevation and adjacent to the garage entrance in York Buildings. Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 23 November 2020 (RN: 20/06032/FULL) for alterations to front elevation, roof pitch and rooflights; creation of rear dormer at third floor level and external amenity spaces at first, third and roof levels; namely, installation of balustrade at roof level and installation of sliding garage door.
