Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 23rd March 2018 (RN 17/08716/FULL) for the variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 33 and 34 of planning permission dated 20 April 2016 (RN: 15/06448) for the 'Demolition of all existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment to provide a mixed use development accommodated in a single building arranged around a central courtyard of lower ground, ground, eight upper floors, rooftop plant and basements. Amendments to planning permission dated 20th December 2019 (RN 19/07003/FULL) for the replacement of front facade, remodelling of seventh floor with plant enclosure above, removal of external escape stair and rear extension on first to seventh floors for Class B1 office use. Creation of ornate terrace at rear first and second floor level (no general access) and with creation of balconies/terraces at 5th to 8th floor level to the rear and 6th to 7th levels on the Hanover Street frontages for use in association with the office (Class B1) accommodation; erection of a fire escape platform at rear third floor level to serve neighbouring buildings, use of part basement and part ground floor as restaurant (Class A3).
