Removal of condition 5 of planning permission dated 2 May 2002 (RN 02/02072/FULL) for the renovation and complete refurbishment to existing mews property, change of use of ground floor to provide 1 parking space to garage and further living accommodation to property, new garage doors and alterations to rooflight from RN 02/02072/FULL, NAMELY, to allow for the conversion of the garage to habitable space and erection of internal wall and window to provide long-term cycle store.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 31 Janurary 2017 (RN: 16/11289/LBC) which varied listed building consent dated 27 July 2015 (RN: 15/04148) for the Construction of a full width extension at rear lower ground and half width extension at upper ground floor level ; replacement of timber steps to front lightwell with metal steps, new door to front lightwell and lowering part of the vaults floor; replacement of existing rooflight with larger frameless double-glazed rooflight and one new rooflight at main roof level; replacement of doors at rear upper ground floor with a new window; external renovation and repair works and internal alterations. Namely, to allow the removal of low wall to the rear terrace at first-floor level and replace with black painted railings.
