Demolition of a 2-storey rear wing, the erection of a single storey rear extension, the erection of a mansard roof extension, external alterations to the front and rear elevations, conversion of part of the betting office on ground and basement floor levels and renovation of a disused residential area at basement level to create 4 self-contained flats (use class C3) and retention of part of betting office (use class sui generis).

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 31 Janurary 2017 (RN: 16/11289/LBC) which varied listed building consent dated 27 July 2015 (RN: 15/04148) for the Construction of a full width extension at rear lower ground and half width extension at upper ground floor level ; replacement of timber steps to front lightwell with metal steps, new door to front lightwell and lowering part of the vaults floor; replacement of existing rooflight with larger frameless double-glazed rooflight and one new rooflight at main roof level; replacement of doors at rear upper ground floor with a new window; external renovation and repair works and internal alterations. Namely, to allow the removal of low wall to the rear terrace at first-floor level and replace with black painted railings.
