Namely, to allow changes to list of approved plans to allow an increase in the number of hotel rooms from 42 to 81; amendments to rear window openings and insertion of three additional velux windows at fifth floor level.

Namely, to allow internal alterations at first, second and third floor level to locate living room at front and bedroom at the rear.
