Variation of conditions 1 and 5 of planning permission dated 19th September 2023 (RN:23/01936/FULL) for the variation of conditions 1 (approved plans), 4, 7 and 11 of planning permission dated 10th June 2022 (RN:21/07603/FULL) for the Excavation of basement beneath footprint of building and new side extension, replacement side extension at increased height plus addition of window and balcony, erection of new single storey side extension, replacement doors to rear and creation of window to side (north side), infill extension in part of front lightwell and installation of external stair in front lightwell, installation of plant equipment in front lightwell and rear garden and associated alterations. Namely, to rear elevation, revised window (wrap around skylight) on extension and omission of terrace that previously approved, installation of contrast metal sheeting separating window/door.
