Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 2nd December 2020 (RN:20/05311/FULL) for the Erection of a single-storey rear extension at lower ground floor, installation of sash windows to the front elevation and alterations to the front boundary wall and front lightwell from RN: 20/05311/FULL. Namely, to allow the stairs in the front lightwell and associated works including new windows, new boundary wall and new LGF level Flat 1 entrance to be removed, the rear patio to be increased from 900 to 1100mm, the internal layouts including the UGF level access to Flat 1 are to be as existing and a flat rooflight to be installed in the flat roof of the proposed rear extension.

Variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 4 of planning permission dated 2nd September 2022 (RN: 22/02592/FULL) for the Part rebuilding of rear extension and replacement glazing and rooflights, replacement stair to rear garden and formation of associated terrace, lowering of rear garden and formation of lightwell, replacement front boundary and other alterations. Amendments to planning permission dated 22nd September 2021 (RN:20/07605/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 28 February 2020 (RN: 19/00529) for the: Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors; amalgamation of the two buildings to provide new office (Class B1), retail (Class A1), restaurant (Class A3), flexible office / retail (Class B1 / A1), and residential accommodation (Class C3); and other associated works.
