Increase in height of the existing plant rooms, creation of a terrace at fifth floor level (on Duke Street), installation of new plant and associated works'; NAMELY to provide a setback match the existing Bird Street parapet profile, with the stairwell window (now to be setback at 6th floor level) enlarged slightly and the roof level generator relocated internally at basement level, an increase to the width the stone pier on Bird Street with associated reductions in the size of the windows at ground and first floor levels and two additional shopfronts with recessed entrances, dormer windows to be installed at the rear of the Oxford Street and Duke Street elevations, and pitched roofs to be clad with standing seam zinc.
