Amendments to planning permission dated 13th April 2020 (RN:21/04107/FULL) for Excavation of a basement beneath the front driveway; Relocation of the main entrance from the centre to the left hand side of the property with associated relocation of front door and steps; Infill to the recessed part of the front elevation to bring it in line with the rest of the front elevation; Insertion of new windows to the front elevation at ground and first floors with new dormer at second floor levels; and New front gates for vehicular and pedestrian access including a new central pier. Namely, to amend the description of development
