Namely, the omission of swimming pool from lower ground floor, with space being used as a games room and living area, resulting in reduction in overall basement excavation; reduction in the amount of excavation towards the front of the building, meaning that the front wall of the chapel would no longer need to be underpinned; Alterations to the internal layout of accomodation, including omission of duplex flat layout with internal staircase and instead arranging the accommodation as self contained flats on each floor.

Amendments to planning permission dated 19 October 2019 (RN: 22/06005/FULL) for alterations to front boundary wall including installation of metal entrance gate to front elevation; namely change of front driveway material surfacing from Addagrip permeable resin bound surfacing to mid and silver grey granite sett paving laid with permeable grout, permeable bedding layers and supporting on cell web eco grid to protect tree roots of T8, and to alter the alignment of the existing low planter.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30 October 2019 (RN:19/05103/FULL) for alterations to New Palace Yard, changes to access and other arrangements and changes to railings and gates within the yard. NAMELY, redesign of the proposed railings, omission of the search and screen facility on the northern boundary and minor relocation of some of the historic lampstands.
