Amendments to planning permission dated 02 October 2020 (RN: 20/02249/FULL) for the: Erection of an additional sheer storey, replacement of conservatory with new timber framed glazed conservatory at ground floor level, replacement windows to the front and rear of the property and new paving finish to entrance steps. NAMELY, to allow alterations to the materials of the conservatory.

Amendments to planning permission dated 11 August 2021 (RN: 21/04089/FULL) for erection of extension to the closet wing at lower ground floor level, removal of conservatory to the rear at first floor and replacement with juliette balcony, replacement of windows to the rear facade with single glazed timber sash windows, replacement of three windows with French doors, and other associated alterations. Namely, internal alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). Amendments to planning permission dated 05 September 2018 (RN: 18/05917/FULL) for the: Installation of an external A/C unit within an acoustic surround at roof level, installation of lift at all levels, erection of replacement conservatory at rear ground floor level, and internal alterations. Namely, to allow amendments to design from sliding doors to bi-fold doors and alter glazing sections of the rear conservatory, increase width of the rear galvanised platform and change metal cladding to sides of conservatory to white render.

Amendments to planning permission dated 5 April 2019 (RN: 18/09690/FULL) for demolition of existing glazed conservatory and construction of a new sunroom at rear ground floor level, lowering of the existing lower ground floor level, extension of existing closet wing at second floor level, installation of two skylights and landscaping of rear garden, NAMELY, alteration to the roof light configuration including the reduction in size of one, change of shape of the other and glazing of existing roof access hatch.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 September 2019 (RN: 19/05859/FULL) for the: Replacement of the existing conservatory at lower ground floor with a single-storey rear extension. Alterations to windows and installation of rooflights. NAMELY, to retain the existing Juliet balcony with a new balustrade at first floor level, alterations to slope of external boundary wall, reduction in size of one rooflight at the side infill and retention of a window as opposed to converted to doorway.
