Amendments to planning permission dated 02 April 2019 (RN: 18/10854/FULL) for: 'Continued use as A1 or flexible/alternative use as either a restaurant/cafe (Class A3), drinking establishment (Class A4) or nightclub/live music venue (sui generis) on part ground and basement levels (Unit G.15), and alterations to create a new entrance and the erection of an extract duct to the rear elevation'; NAMELY, to vary the wording of Condition 10 to allow flexibility for the restaurant and drinking establishment use to discharge cooking fumes via a full height extract duct or to operate with reco-air recirculation system.
