Amendments to planning permission dated 14th July 2022 (RN: 21/08289/FULL) for, 'Alterations to Grosvenor Square Gardens, including redesign of the gardens, comprising of hard and soft landscaping improvements, works to trees (including tree removal and new planting), with new and realigned paths, paving and rills, new perimeter railings, new western entrance, new lighting and planting, the introduction of a shaded garden and wetlands, installation of plinths for the display of sculptures/artworks, informal play areas, the construction of buildings (gardeners hut, public WCs and educational building with catering facilities (sui generis)), external gardeners store, photo voltaic panels, structures, and associated works'; NAMELY, to amend the wording of the description of development of the planning permission, to remove reference to the rills.

Amendments to planning permission dated 9th March 2023 (RN: 22/06526/COFUL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 19/11/2020 (RN 19/06451/COFUL) for the redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall: NAMELY; to amend the wording of Condition 14 to allow for further works to two trees (T4 and T14).

Amendments to planning permission dated 23rd January 2023 (RN: 22/05428/FULL) for two-storey extension including roof-level plant along the Bressenden Place façade to provide a new office entrance pavilion (Class E), the provision of Class E office / retail accommodation, remodelling of the crown of Portland House and creation of a setback rooftop extension to provide office amenity (Class E) and an outdoor terrace, reconfiguration of the second floor plant accommodation fronting Cardinal Place, relocation of the zephyr on Bressenden Place, provision of cycle parking, public realm and associated works including window replacement and the application of a new façade treatment, namely to amend the wording of Condition 3 (Code of Construction Practice) to enable early works to be carried out in accordance with the Appendix A dated 22/11/22 signed by the Environment Inspectorate and prior to the discharge of Condition 3.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16th March 2021 (RN: 20/04933/FULL) for Demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level 1 for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); namely, to amend wording of condition 32 to allow removal of existing planting and trees at first floor level in advance of approval of a new/replacement hard and soft landscaping scheme for the first floor.
