Namley, to remove, refurbish and reuse the existing window at ground floor level (WG2.1); to preserve and restore the existing garage doors (DG5.1); to re-use and refurbish the existing hopper and install a new downpipe; replacement of two rooflights with one smaller rooflight at roof level; and internal alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 12th December 2022 (RN:22/03987/FULL) for the conversion of ground floor garage to habitable accommodation and erection of mansard extension for use in connection with the existing first floor flat (Unit 8); and extension to the rear first floor to existing flat, Unit 2 [Site includes rear of 25-27 Catherine Place] namely; to extend the width of the flat roof to the edge of the building.

Amendments to planning permission dated 20th March 2021 (RN 20/01550/FULL) for the excavation of a basement beneath the footprint of the original dwelling. Erection of additional mansard roof storey with dormer windows. Alterations to elevation to provide new windows. Merging the two existing flats into a single dwelling house. NAMELY, to change the garage doors. Glass panel replaced by a louvered panel as required by ventilation strategy.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27 February 2023 (RN: 22/08556/FULL) for erection of a single storey rear extension with roof lights and rear facing doors; changing front garage to kitchen and replacing garage door with new double glazed timber sash window to the front; new electric car charger to the front; and new double glazed windows, namely, change of the front windows finish from timber to uPVC.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 October 2022 (22/05508/FULL) for demolition and redevelopment of an existing single family dwelling behind a retained and altered facade including a new second floor mansard roof extension; and amendments to the design of the garage doors to include a painted timber ventilation louvre panel and to approve all facing materials; namely, to install a boiler flue to the rear roof slope.

Amendments to planning permission dated 07 October 2021 (ref. 21/03191/FULL) for Erection of mansard roof with rooflights and photovoltaics over; provision of roof terrace at new second floor level; opening up blind windows at second floor level; replacement garage doors; new entrance door location; replacement windows with slimline double glazing; installation of air condenser unit enclosed within an acoustic louvred panel at roof level, namely to change roof design to a single pitched, asphalt finished roof, sloping in a single direction to the rear parapet wall.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 August 2021 (RN: 21/04242/FULL) for demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of extension at ground floor level and first floor level; construction of a terrace at first floor level above ground floor extension; construction of a ground floor extension to front elevation (replacing a garage); and second floor roof extension. Namely, installation of metal railing and replacement of existing screening to rear roof terrace at first floor level.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30th September 2021 (RN:21/05727/FULL) for removal and replacement of the roof slates; Insertion of ventilation grilles; removal and replacement of rooflights; removal of roof hatch and replacement with new leadwork; and inclusion of balustrades. NAMELY, to remove the existing door lantern light and carefully remove four sections of timber door. Installation of four new ventilation grilles on the garage door to the north and to change the ventilation grille into a fanlight. In addition, two dome CCTV cameras are proposed to be fixed to the north and south sides of the front façade.

Amendments to planning permission dated 28 October 2021 (21/03507/FULL) for "Replacement windows to front ground floor elevation and installation of a new garage and front door. Alterations to the existing windows on the rear elevation and installation of two new windows/openings. Installation of a new roof light to the front part of the roof and two new roof lights to the rear part of the roof." Namely, to change the finishes on the front elevation: to match the existing brick on the new ground floor facade and paint all windows and doors dark grey.

Amendments to planning permission dated 23 June 2015 (RN:15/00132/FULL) for, 'Excavation beneath footprint of building, rear garden and garage; erection of single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level with external terrace above; alterations and extensions at roof level including creation of roof terrace; excavation beneath pavement vaults; and associated alterations (including plant to rear); all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3)'; NAMELY, to omit the proposed demolition within the party wall with 4 Audley Square, retain the existing lift and alter the internal layout.
