Introduction of a car lift; and associated landscaping; NAMELY, changes to the fenestration on the flank elevations at third floor level only, adding additional windows.

Amendments to planning permission dated 15th December 2021 (RN:20/03623/FULL) for amalgamation of two maisonettes to create a single dwelling house [Class C3], excavation beneath the footprint of the existing building and excavation of part of rear garden at lower ground floor level. Demolition of the existing extension to the rear and construction of a new lower ground and ground floor rear extension. Repair work to the facade, alteration to street frontage in line with the street and landscaping to the rear garden. Installation of acoustically attenuated condenser to the rear garden. Namely, to amend the wording of Condition 16 (Contaminated Land) to allow radon monitoring to occur 'after' occupation.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16th August 2022 (RN: 22/03868/FULL) for Installation of lower ground floor entrance door with associated steps, bin store and landscaping works. Namely, to amend the position of the external steps and to incorporate planters within their construction.

Amendments to planning permission dated 19 November 2020 (RN: 19/06451/COFUL) for 'Redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall. (COUNCIL'S OWN DEVELOPMENT)'. Namely, installation of two flues on the Luxborough Street façade of the proposed development at first and second floor level.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16th March 2021 (RN: 20/04933/FULL) for Demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level 1 for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); namely, to amend wording of condition 32 to allow removal of existing planting and trees at first floor level in advance of approval of a new/replacement hard and soft landscaping scheme for the first floor.

Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall' (COUNCIL'S OWN DEVELOPMENT); Namely, to reconfigure the rainwater pipes along the elevations of the proposed block including provision of two rainwater pipes on the Luxborough Street elevation and an additional rainwater pipe on the rear elevation facing onto Paddington Street Gardens.

Amendments to planning permission called in and approved by the Minister of State for Housing dated 29 July 2021 (ref: APP/XF990/V/19/3240661) for 'Installation of the United Kingdom Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre including excavation to provide a basement and basement mezzanine for the learning centre (Class D1); erection of a single storey entrance pavilion; re-provision of the Horseferry Playground and refreshments kiosk (Class A1); repositioning of the Spicer Memorial; new hard and soft landscaping and lighting around the site; and all ancillary and associated works'. NAMELY, to amend the wording of Condition 31 'Construction Logistics Plan'. The wording of Condition 31 is to be amended to reflect the development to be constructed on a phased basis. The revised wording is to allow a Construction Logistics Plan (CLP) to be submitted prior to the relevant phases of development.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30 June 2020 (RN: 19/09318/FULL.) for the: Demolition of two-storey coach house (72) and building behind retained front facade at 74, for the construction of new five storey building to provide 7 residential flats. Excavation of basement, demolition of existing rear garages and the erection of 2 additional residential dwellings including associated landscaping. NAMELY, to allow rationalised front landscaping; moving the access to the rear from the southern side of the building to the northern side; addition of skylights above the side wings; addition of skylights to rear dwellings; making the lower ground floor rear terraces slightly deeper; widening of the second floor balcony; widening of the ground floor railings; and addition of three windows to northern flank wall.
