Amendments to planning permission dated 22 September 2021 (RN:20/07605/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 28 February 2020 (RN: 19/00529) for the: Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors; amalgamation of the two buildings to provide new office (Class B1), retail (Class A1), restaurant (Class A3), flexible office / retail (Class B1 / A1), and residential accommodation (Class C3); and other associated works. NAMELY, amendments to the design of the fire escape staircase at the rear of Pegasus House. Namely; retention of angled wall at roof level of Pegasus House and remodelling of roof above stair well.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27th October 2021 (RN:20/05884/FULL) for Partial demolition and remodelling of the principal facades and fifth floor and addition of two storeys for office use and provision of retail, restaurant and gym uses at ground and basement levels. Formation of terraces on sixth and seventh floors for office use and associated plant and cycle parking; Namely, to replace the use of steel windows with aluminium crittal windows on the north and east elevations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27 October 2021 (ref. 20/05884/FULL) for 'Partial demolition and remodelling of the principal facades and fifth floor and addition of two storeys for office use and provision of retail, restaurant and gym uses at ground and basement levels. Formation of terraces on sixth and seventh floors for office use and associated plant and cycle parking'. Namely, Due to structural concerns of the condition / stability of existing brick parapet to the East, North and West retained elevations, we are proposing to demolish the existing brick parapet and coping, and rebuild with new brickwork to match existing. Imperial brickwork and natural mortar will be provided to match the existing East, North and West elevations, with a new concrete coping provided to replace and repair the poor condition concrete copings. No change to existing parapet levels / datums are proposed.

Amendments to planning permission dated 29th June 2021 (RN 20/05884/FULL) for partial demolition and remodelling of the principal facades and fifth floor and addition of two storeys for office use and provision of retail, restaurant and gym uses at ground and basement levels. Formation of terraces on sixth and seventh floors for office use and associated plant and cycle parking namely, reduction in East facing external terrace area; adaption of South façade glazing; adaption to concealed plant area wall arrangement. (All at Level 06)
