Namely, to change the approved roof plant to a better performing and more environment friendly model (Daikin VRVRXYSCQ6TV1) and amend the associated plant enclosure.

Amendments to planning permission dated 3rd February 2022 (RN:21/08237/FULL) for Demolition of the existing conservatory, erection of a rear extension and the infilling of two light wells in connection with the use of the ground floor and basement as a restaurant (Class E). Alterations to front entrances and replacement of existing shopfront. Alterations to rear elevation including fenestration and at roof level in connection with use of the upper floors as three self-contained C3 residential units each with private external amenity areas including a roof terrace together with associated plant and landscaping (site includes 77 Marylebone Lane). Namely, to alter the 3rd floor arrangement and location for access to the roof terrace in order to comply with building regulation requirements for clear access via the staircase that was previously approved.

Amendments to planning permission dated 23rd March 2022 (RN: 22/00160/FULL) for, 'Demolition of the existing conservatory structure and replacement with a new conservatory with windows to internal lightwell at rear third floor level'; Namely, to allow the use of Steel Black Frame Orangery Roof Lantern instead of Aluminium White Frame; bi-fold aluminium door to terrace instead new steel crittall french double door with sidelights; sash windows black frame instead white sash windows; internal alterations, and associated works.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Amendments to planning permission dated 14 January 2021 (RN: 20/07104/FULL) for 'Erection of a single storey extension at lower ground floor level and enlargement of ground floor terrace, reconstruction of mansard roof, demolition of existing conservatory, installation of plant at lower ground floor level and associated changes, in connection with the use of building as a single family dwellinghouse (Class C3). NAMELY, replacement of glass to front ground floor windows and reinstatement of central sash window to fourth floor.
