Namely, increasing the width of the steps from lower ground floor level and incorporation of a planter within the retaining wall.

Amendments to planning permission 28th July 2022 (RN: 22/03278/FULL) Excavation of a basement extension under footprint of main house and under part of rear garden, replace windows, alterations to facades and at roof level including two new dormers fronting on Marlborough Place and a rear dormer and associated external alterations.
