T1 Sycamore (16m): Crown reduce by 25% (approx. 2m) all round, pruning back to suitable growth points and shaping to create a natural flowing canopy outline. Lift over roof by removing one lateral branch growing southwards (diameter of about 10cm) and by pruning small twiggy branches, to provide 0.5-1m clearance.

1 x London plane (front): Reduce length of lower branches over building roof line by 3- 4 m, to suitable branch junctions to maintain a flowing canopy outline, following the line of the upper canopy.

In No.3 side garden (G1) - Group 3x Yew (Taxus baccata): reduce height of all trees by 1.3m (previous reduction point) to suitable growth points, light trim front-face by 0.3m to tidy. (G2) - Group 3x Leyland Cypress (Chaemcyparis x leylandii): reduce height of all trees tops match height of yew trees, reduce front face up to 0.75m, trim back rear side branches overhanging neighbours'(No.1) flat roof (w/owners' permission to retrieve cut branches). (T1-T2) - 2x Pittosporum: reduce crown height by 1m to suitable growth points to natural rounded canopy line, treating as a single crown.

1 x Robinia (T1, front garden): Prune (only) branches that overhang roof of number 27 Queens Grove back to previous most recent points of reduction, giving at least 2m clearance.

Sycamore - The three has very big branches that create excessive shading and leaves fall on the shed's property and have already damaged the roof of the neighbour house. We would like to pollard the tree in order to make it healthier and reduce problems on roofs. one drawing plan.

2 x sycamore (T1 and T2): reduce lowest branches at about 10m over 45 Alma's Square rear garden by about 2m; to suitable secondary growth points. Remove any deadwood. T1 reduce lowest limb that originates at about 8m and overhangs the middle of the rear garden by about 2m. T2. Reduce limb that originates at about 9m and extends over neighbour's roof by about 2.5m (in line with the rest of canopy above).
