1 x Sycamore (T1): Remove x3 low hanging branches and x 2-3 higher overextended branches that overhang the rear boundary of 54 Westbourne Park Road; pruning as shown in the attached photograph.

Prunus laurocerasus) - LOCATION: 10 Queen's Grove: Laterally cut back all overhanging crown elements back to the boundary line that separates the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) from the adjacent rear garden within which these 3no. laurels are located. (Works to T13, G14, T15, T16, G100, and T101 are to facilitate the erection of a scaffold framework with Monarflex type sheeting around the riding school to facilitate repair works. Works to T18 and T19 are to facilitate the construction of a new boundary treatment that requires a greater clearance from ground level than the trees currently have. T16 (Cupressocyparis leylandii) Laterally cut back all overhanging crown elements back to the boundary line that separates the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) from the adjacent rear garden within which this tree is growing.

G100 (3no. Carpinus betulus) - LOCATION: 7 Queen's Grove: Laterally cut back all overhanging crown elements back to the boundary line that separates the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) from the adjacent rear garden within which these 3no. hornbeam trees are growing

T15 (Acer pseudoplatanus) Laterally cut back all overhanging crown elements back to the boundary line that separates the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) from the adjacent rear garden within which this tree is growing. In all appropriate instances, this will involve the pruning of branches back to established pruning points that exist along this boundary line.

T18 & T19 (2no. Cupressocyparis leylandii) - LOCATION: 12 Queen's Grove: Crown lift the south-eastern crown aspects of these 2no. trees that overhang into the site (i.e., St Johns Wood Barracks) to establish a clearance from the existing ground level of 3.5m. All pruning cuts will be to points along the boundary line that separates the site from the adjacent rear garden within which these 2no. leyland trees are growing.
