Prune back from property to ensure 2.5m clearance. 1 x London plane: crown reduce to previous most recent reduction points, retaining furnishing growth where appropriate. Prune branches adjacent to property windows on south-east side of crown back by up to 0.5m beyond the previous reduction points to ensure clearance of 1.5m from property, pruning back to suitable growth points and shaping to form a natural, flowing canopy outline.
