Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 13 June 2022 (RN: 22/01842/FULL) for re-configuration of 45 and 47 South Street with associated internal and external alterations including modifications to rear mansard roof, replacement of first floor conservatory, relocation of lift and services, roof level Air Source Heat pumps, replacement staircase and associated works; NAMLEY to alter the design of the approved 'pavilion' structure at first floor level.

External alterations to provide step-free access, alterations to glazed doors at No.23, and installation of façade lighting.
