Variation of Condition 1 of planning permision dated 16 October 2023 (RN: 23/05842/FULL), which itself varied planning permission dated 22 December 2022 (RN: 22/06621/FULL) for: Reconfiguration of two residential units to form one unit within Nos. 25, 26 and 48; and new residential unit within No. 49; installation of four condenser units, two on each of the roofs of Nos. 25 and 26; and extension at rear third and fourth floor level of No. 25 and associated works (site includes 25-26 Chester Square and 49-48 Eaton Mews South). NAMLEY, to allow works to front lower ground floor including new York stone paving to lightwell with single step below external staircase, new timber sash window with sidelights, new security railings to both windows in lightwell at no. 25, to match no. 26 existing railings; new York stone paving at no. 26, lightwell, and new Portland stone to both no. 25 and no. 26; rear elevation works include new glazing and glazing bar layout to external door to rear elevation, omit proposed screen between 25 and 26 terraces, new metal railings to coping at no. 25 terrace, and new double dormer; new front door, garage gate and associated fanlights at no. 48.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 12th November 2020 (RN 20/04650/FULL) which in itself varies Condition 1 of planning permission dated 20 June 2017 (RN: 17/02520/FULL) for, 'Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a five storey building consisting of lower ground, ground and first to fourth floor levels to provide 10 residential units (comprising of 3 x 1 bedroom flats, 4 x 2 bedroom flats and 3 x 3 bedroom flats) including balconies/terraces with associated car and cycle parking'; NAMELY, alterations to the front and rear facades including the re-handing of lower facade and basement lightwell and the installation of additional glazing; relocation of the building entrance; reconfiguration of the core adjacent to the western flank wall; changes to the number and size of the dormer windows at fourth floor front; installation of a curved window/brick wall at rear basement level; provision of a residents' gym at rear basement level; relocation of bin stores and cycle store to the external area beneath the undercroft and reduction in the number of flats from 10 to 8 (Site includes 17A, 17B and 18 Three King's Yard) (Application under s73 of the Act).

Variation of condition 1 and 5 of planning permission dated 7th February 2022 (RN: 21/07492/FULL) for the Reconfiguration of existing residential units at fifth and sixth floor levels to provide 6 x 2 bedroom units (Class C3), installation of plant at main roof level with associated screening and alterations to the Golden Square elevation at fifth and sixth floor levels to create recessed balconies. Namely, change to the roof plant acoustic enclosure, material change of dormer cheeks (from timber to lead), include the top and side posts to the glazed balustrades and Include the hinged balustrade to the middle window at 5th floor. (Application under Section 73 of the act).

Construction of mansard roof extension with rear terrace to rear closet wing and dormer extension to side of existing roof extension to provide additional residential accommodation. Alterations to existing rear dormer.

Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission dated 29 June 2021 (RN: 21/02601/FULL) for amalgamation of 2-4 Old Queen Street and 6 Old Queen Street; erection of infill extension at rear first and second floor level, roof extension with front dormer and lift overrun at fourth level to 6 Old Queen Street; alterations to rear fenestration; new rooflight; new shopfronts; and rationalisation and installation of new plant and air condenser units; all in connection with the use of the ground floor as a café and office entrance, first, second and part third floors as office and third and fourth floor as one residential unit; namely to amend the proposed rear elevation and proposed first floor plan to include revised provision of external mechanical plant at the rear of 2-4 & 6 Old Queen Street.
