Variation of conditions 1, 3, and 4 and removal of 9 and 10 of planning permission dated 24th November 2020 (RN:20/01665/FULL) for the Demolition of existing dwellinghouse, detached garage and boundary wall, excavation to create single storey basement, and erection of new two storey plus mansard roof accommodation dwelling house (Class C3) with integrated garage, new boundary wall/gates and associated hard and soft landscaping works. Namely, increase in lift overrun; to increase the footprint of the garage and for the enlargement of the basement and lightwell and modifications to elevations and to reflect the approved conditions

Variation of conditions 5 (facing materials), 6 (details of pier to front boundary), 9 (privacy screen to 1st floor),11 (planting scheme) of planning permission dated 14th May 2019 (RN 18/04625/FULL) for the Excavation of basement floor below existing house and front garden with associated front lightwell; demolition of existing front garage and replacement front boundary; replacement of existing three storey wing with enlarged three storey side extension; replacement of existing ground and first floor rear extensions with new extensions at ground and first floor, with a terrace at rear first floor level with 1.8m high privacy screen and addition of railings to rear elevation at first floor level. NAMELY, to amend conditions to compliance conditions, given works have begun on site and details have been approved under approval of details applications.

Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 19/11/2020 (RN 19/06451/COFUL) for the redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall - NAMELY i) Provision of a tower crane base within the root protection area of T4 and T14 and, ii) removal of ground asbestos from the root protection area of T4
