Formation of terraces on sixth and seventh floors for office use and associated plant and cycle parking'. NAMELY, to amend the drawings and create a new roof terrace on roof of 7th floor.

Variation of Conditions 7 and 9 of planning permission dated 28 September 2021 (RN: 21/02324/FULL) for the: Excavation of a new basement level, erection of a mansard roof extension, and two storey infill extension (rear ground and lower ground floor level) and remodelling of the ground and first floor extensions to the existing closet wing and single storey extension at rear third floor level; NAMELY, to allow the removal of existing tree and replacement with a new tree and submission of Phases 1-3 of the contaminated land remediation details.

External alterations including remodelling of fourth floor mansard, replacement of skylights at ground, new sliding access hatch skylight to roof, replacement timber doors at ground and at basement level and to the vaults, reinstatement of Portland stone to the entrance steps, external entrance and vault doors to ground and lower ground.
