Installation of two new windows on the southern elevation (Confirmation that the installation of new windows constitute a material operation sufficient to lawfully implement planning permission dated 9 December 2020 (RN 20/03625/FULL)).

Removal of existing windows at second floor at the eastern end of the building; alteration of the facade to create a section of new timber wall on the front facade at second floor level; and reconfiguration of windows to create five fixed windows in the front facade within timber frames at second floor level.

Confirmation that the planning permission dated 23.09.2020 under reference 20/04785/FULL for Use of building as a single dwellinghouse (Class C3); excavation of a basement extension under house and part of rear garden; installation of replacement windows and doors; alterations to front forecourt including new garage entrance; alteration and extension to side extensions; alterations to rear lower ground floor terrace; and erection of lift overrun at roof level, has been lawfully commenced and it is lawful to continue with that development.

Installation of replacement rooflights at main roof level; installation of new photovoltaic panels at main roof level; and replacement of all external windows and front door.

Replacement of all external windows with new double glazed slimline windows; reinstatement of the corbel above the column to the right-hand side of the entrance door; enlargement of lower ground floor windows at front to create a sliding door with roller shutter and an enlarged window; repositioning of the downpipes; cleaning and repointing of existing brickwork; repainting; and, internal alterations.

Confirmation that planning permission (ref. 15/04516/FULL) for the: "Demolition of garage, front portico and front steps, part demolition of side extension, extension of two-storey side wing at first floor level, alterations to facade and fenestration on front, rear and both side elevations, alterations to front garden and boundary wall including car park lift, excavation of basement incorporating swimming pool and associated plant underneath garden, front and rear lightwells and air extract in rear garden" had been lawfully implemented before 15 March 2019.
