Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 25 May 2016 (RN 16/05217/LBC) for the Use of the Fire Station (ground floor) as Class A3 and (four upper floors) as Class C3 use (6 flats) with associated internal and external alterations. Demolition of the existing rear buildings and replacement with a five storey residential building to provide 11 flats with balconies, excavation of one storey basement under the entire footprint of the site to accommodate A3 use and residential use. Rebuilding of the existing rear tower with installation of plant on top from RN 16/05217/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design including replacement of loft door with window, revision to the size of dry riser inlet, an increase of 4 PV panels on the roof of building B, a reduction in the size of the Building's Automatic Opening vent within building A, revision of the placement of pavement lights to skylights at second floor terrace of building B, removal of skylight at first floor terrace within building B, removal of upper level plant access door to the stiar tower, decrease the AOV size to east boundary elevation, facade repointing to the front elevation of the Fire Station.
