Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 26 June 2016 (15/09739/LBC) for Refurbishment and replacement of facades and erection of 2 additional floors and plant enclosure to both Millbank Tower and 1 additional floor to the Y buildings; excavation of basement levels; demolition of rear car park in association with re-landscaping and reconfiguration of wider site; all in association with the use of the Tower as 207 private residential flats (Class C3) and Skybar (ancillary to adjacent Class C1), the south podium and part of tower as an arts/ cultural facility (Class D1) and the north podium and Y buildings as a 150 bedroom hotel (Class C1) with restaurant, bar and cafe at ground floor level. Use of roof of podium building as a terrace with associated alterations, NAMELY to allow changes to list of approved plans for internal and external amendments to accommodate an increase in number of hotel bedrooms from 150 to 232, complete demolition and rebuilding of the prow to allow for reconfiguation of arts/cultural facility, amendments to the residential mix/layouts in the Tower, re-configuration of basement car parking, adjustments to landscaping and associated alterations.

Variation of Condition 1 and Condition 5 of listed building consent dated 30March 2021 (Ref:21/00839/LBC) for the: Internal and external refurbishment works including replacement mechanical plant, structural strengthening, and partial excavation at basement level. NAMELY, internal alterations, repairs to roof lantern light and replacement window locks. (Linked with 21/05664/NMA)

Internal and external alterations to facilitate the use of the Riding School as a private ancillary leisure facility (revisions to previously approved consent dated 14.01.2019 (RN: 18/09838/LBC) which in itself was a variation on an earlier consent; and in association with permission 16/12291/FULL).

Variation of Condition 2 of listed building consent dated 16 September 2022 (RN: 22/00179/LBC) for, 'The temporary dismantlement of the Grade II listed shopfront at 14 Grafton Street and reinstatement in Barlow Place following the wider redevelopment of 8-14 Grafton Street, 22-24 Bruton Lane and 163-164 New Bond Street'; NAMELY, to prevent occupation of any part of Phase 2 of the development [namely, development of hotel and residential blocks on Grafton Street and Bruton Lane] rather than any part of the entire development. (S19 Application).

Variation of conditions 3 and 4 on listed building consent dated 1st July 2020 RN (19/00519/LBC) to allow demolition work to be carried out in phasing. Variation of condition 3 to read You must not start any demolition work on site, with the exception of demolition as shown on drawing (reference (12)_P499), until we have approved in writing either: a. A construction contract with the builder to complete the redevelopment work for which we have given planning permission, or b. An alternative means of ensuring we are satisfied that demolition on the site will only occur immediately prior to development of the new building. You must only carry out the demolition and development, with the exception of Phase 1 works shown on the Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), according to the approved arrangements. Variation of condition 4 to read : You must not carry out demolition works, with the exception of Phase 1 works shown on the Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), unless it is part of the complete development of the site for which planning permission was granted on 1 July 2020 (RN 19/00514/FULL). Except for demolition as shown on Basement Floor Demolition Plan (reference (12)_P499), you must carry out the demolition and development without interruption and according to the drawings we have approved.

Variations of condition 3 and 8 of listed building consent dated 6th November 2020 (RN 20/05014/LBC), for the variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 17 March 2020 (RN: 19/09420/LBC) for the variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14th December 2015 (RN:15/04587/LBC) for the 'Excavation of single storey basement, erection of double pitch mansard roof extension containing two storeys to replace existing roof and plant rooms and internal and external alterations, including alterations to front entrance and canopy, replacement of windows and installation of new kitchen extract duct. Alterations and extensions in connection with refurbishment of existing hotel. NAMELY, to remove the requirement for the new windows to be single glazed (Linked to 22/02966/FULL)

Variation of Condition 4 of Listed Building Consent dated 24 April 2019 (RN: 19/01835/LBC) for the: Temporary removal and storage of the Commissioners' Yard Gate and installation of a temporary vehicular entrance namely, to extend the period for which the Comissioners' Yard Gate central gate can be temporarily removed and stored.

Variation of Condition 1 of Listed Building Consent dated 18 Auguest 2020 (20/01721/LBC) for alterations including replacement of windows to front and rear elevations, demolition of infill extension and water closet at rear ground floor level, rationalisation of pipework to rear, replacement of front entrance tiling and internal alterations on all floor levels in connection with the use as a single family dwellinghouse.; NAMELY, to reinstatement of rear lightwell at lower ground floor level. Installation of a green wall including associated internal alterations (e.g. new internal door openings, new double doors to terrace, removal and replacement of storage cupboards, etc).

Variation of Condition 12 (i) of listed building consent dated 3 July 2013 (RN:12/07766/LBC) for demolition and rebuilding of rear section of building, excavation to create a two storey basement, extensions and associated refurbishment of Grosvenor Gardens House, to provide 42 residential units (Class C3) on first to seventh floors; reconfiguration at ground floor level to provide mixed retail use (Class A1 and/or Class A3); wellness facility, residential storage, plant, car and cycle parking at basement levels; and public realm works to Eaton Lane (23-47 Grosvenor Gardens and 44-52 Buckingham Palace Road). NAMELY, to amend the wording of Condition 12(i) to enable the removal and storage of historical doors during the construction phase of the development.

Variation of condition 1 and details pursuant to conditions 4 and 5 of listed building consent dated 20 February 2017 (RN: 16/11271) which varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 15 August 2016 (RN: 15/11235/LBC ) for: 'partial demolition to the rear of the building; rebuild of the rear facade and erection of single storey rear extension; internal and external works; all in connection with use of the building as an art gallery/art education use. Namely, removal of terrace above single storey extension and details of facing materials and all new windows.
