Refurbishment of existing Getty bookshop including removal of existing shop merchandising systems, fixtures & fittings, removal of existing suspended ceiling and lighting installations and partial floor finish removal, removal of existing column casings, modification of existing bulkhead upstand with associated modifications to high level cornices and high level plasterboard ceiling, opening up of existing window displays internally to Annenberg Court, infilling of existing internal window with retention of existing HVAC systems. Fit out works to include installation of two new doorsets to match existing (where window displays opened up internally to Annenberg Court), new floor finishes, installation of new suspended ceiling with timber clad finish, localised modifications to cornicing to high level ceilings (cornice profile to match existing), recladding of existing columns, repairs to existing window paneling and shutters, new lighting installations, installation of cash desk, midfloor fixtures and perimeter merchandising displays and redecoration throughout.

Alterations to parts of the basement, ground and first floors of Macmillan House at the rear of Platform 1 to form three new retail units, including complete refurbishment of basement passenger toilets accessed from a single shared stairwell; restoration and upgrading of the building fabric to ground and first floors, including reinstating arches within window openings back to their original design; reconfiguring and upgrading the internal layout of Macmillan House to provide three new high quality retail units and providing first floor retail access providing views from the eastern transept windows; and creation of a new active frontage on Eastbourne Terrace.

Alterations and extension to 30 Gloucester Place (including 91 Blandford Street and 112 George Street) including refurbishment of the lower ground, ground and first floors, extension of the lower ground floor; external works including part demolition of facades, ground floor and removal of ramp to create a new a triple arched walkway through the building with canopy, railings, security gates, new steps and ramp to provide level access to the 30 Gloucester Place entrance, a rear elevation connection with the proposed single storey retail units within the courtyard, new ramp and railings to 112 George Street entrance; façade maintenance and refurbishment; painting and repair of the rear elevation; replacement or refurbishment of windows and doors at ground and first floor; replacement railings; installation of two CCTV cameras; removal of the existing roof plant. Internal reconfigurations at basement, ground, first, second, third and roof level, including the reduction of the basement footprint, demolition of the lift machine room, demolition and relocation of the waste chute and lift, re-configuration of the office internal stair core, creation of an office lobby area, improvements to the retail arcade layout, re-configuration of the residential corridor and units at first floor. External alterations including removal of the existing BMU, introduction of a new MEP louvre, demolition of the railings on top of the lightwell, proposed MEP risers, insertion of a new brick screen at roof level to match the existing, windows to be refurbished to match the existing, new proposed windows to parts of the north and south elevation at first floor as a result of the internal reconfigurations. Works to the building, including changes to the East Elevation façade including additional non-openable windows, changes to the layout of the ground floor retail units, refurbishment of the roof.

Installation of one new internally illuminated fascia sign measuring 1.12m x 4.07m, one non- illuminated fascia sign measuring 1.57m x 0.28m and installation of vinyl signage to both the interior and exterior of shop window

Display of temporarily four externally illuminated Uplighters to be placed on balcony, including display of Gobo lights, which will be placed internally (inside the shop window) to shine outside on pavement.(Linked with 23/00330/ADV)

Isolated adjustments to windows and shop fronts, including: upgrading louvre ventilation shafts, improving security by upgrading vulnerable glazing and introducing security bars, locks and secondary glazing to windows, where necessary; installation of security bars over basement lightwell (retrospective); upgrading pigeon deterrents at all levels of the building; replacement of all glazing in the roof lanterns and roof lights; extending and partial replacement rainwater drainage goods; addition of secure access methods to the roof; windows repair off-site; new lighting and CCTV schemes, and associated upgrading of existing electrical infrastructure.

Installation of two non illuminated hanging signs each measuring 0.50m x 0.50m; a flag measuring 2.69m x 1.22m; new awnings on each shop windows; new glass fanlight above the main entrance door; and temporary advertisements (static display graphics used as windows coverings while under construction).

Shop window frames to return to original wooden finish; removal of entrance side light lanterns; re-paint of shopfront;; fit-out of existing retail unit including the installation of two dumbwaiters; advertisement signage and associated works.

Painting the existing shop window and door frames; internal alterations at ground floor level including removal of existing rear wall and door, removal of existing toilet cubicle partitions, doors and fittings, removal of existing floor tiles, removal of existing modern fittings and furnishings, removal of existing modern wall panelling, cornices and ceiling, removal of window vinyl screen, installation of new fittings including flooring, shelving, new toilets, lighting and entrance mat; restoration of original cornice and ceiling.
