The installation of electronic communications apparatus/development ancillary to the existing unit on for the installation of one 4G/5G small cell antenna upon the existing Street Lamp unit, the installation of one radio unit upon the existing Street Lamp unit and associated ancillary equipment.

Replacement of 3 antennas, associated shrouding with 3 antennas mounted on 2.4m and 2.7m high new support poles measuring 31.56m and 32.75m from ground level, installation of 1 300mm dish along with associated shrouding and development ancillary thereto.

Comprehensive redevelopment of the site for mixed use including demolition of the existing buildings and construction of up to seven new buildings comprising new homes (Use Class C3), purpose built student accommodation (Sui Generis), industrial uses (Use Classes E, B2 and B8 and Sui Generis), flexible commercial and community space (Use Classes E, F1 and F2), safeguarding of land for new station and pedestrian bridge, upgrade works to facilitate access to existing station, diversion of existing culverts, new public realm, landscaping, internal and external amenity space and playspace, car and cycle parking and associated works including plant and infrastructure and other minor works incidental to the proposed development.

Request that the City Council does not enforce the provisions of Schedule 1, Part 9, Clause 9.1 of the Section 106 Agreement (and associated Deed of Variation) pursuant to permission dated 19 April 2023 (Ref: 22/04610/FULL) for a period of six months (i.e. until 27 May 2024) through allowing development to commence on the North and South Block phases in advance of: (i) The payment of a financial contribution to the City Council's carbon offset fund; or (ii) The approval by the City Council of off-site carbon offset projects; either of which are required to off-set the regulated carbon emissions from these two phases of the approved development.

EIA Scoping Opinion request under regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of a site known as Puddle Dock. The proposal involves highways works which will divide the development in three Zones (A, B and C Zones). The Zones comprise a mix of office and retail floorspace (Use Class E) up to approximately 114,160 sqm GEA and culture offer, distributed across eight blocks/buildings. The development would replace existing accommodation for the City of London School for Boys and associated rooftop MUGA and provide new public realm and roof garden/terraces.

The City of London Corporation has received a request for an EIA Scoping Opinion under regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site known as 99 Bishopsgate. The proposed development comprises demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a new tower (240.5m AOD, 54 storeys excl. basement) and satellite buildings for office (Class E) (circa 97,000sq.m NIA), culture/community, retail and food and beverage uses (Class E) (circa 2000sq.m NIA); 3 basement levels, servicing access, and the provision of new public realm and landscaping and other associated works.
