Amendments to planning permission dated 5th March 2021 (RN 20/08219/FULL) for the Infill extensions at rear ground floor level, alterations to rear fenestration and new roof to rear extension and conversion of one former coal cellar in basement to habitable accommodation. NAMELY, amendment to allow dropping floor level in coal cellars to allow usage as bathroom and storage as proposed, new doorway to allow access into closed-off second cellar.

NAMELY, to allow replacement of roof dormer with a roof-light to lightwell elevation.

Variation of condition 1 and omission of conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission dated 02 May 2018 (RN: 17/10252/FULL) for the: Raising of roof ridge and installation of new extension to inner roof slope with two dormer windows, and installation of rooflight to inner roof slope in association with conversion of loft to form additional residential accommodation for flat 7A. NAMELY, to allow retention of the original slope of the roof and the replacement of dormers with roof-lights to lightwell elevation.

Amendments to planning permission dated 21 July 2020 (RN: 20/02540/FULL) for the: Construction of extensions at rear lower ground floor level and conversion of vaults into habitable accommodation; installation of railings to the boundary wall, replacement of steps from lower ground to pavement level, in connection with enlargement of lower ground floor flat namely, to allow revised roof and stair/railing design, omission of lower ground floor infill rear extension, and fenestration alterations.
