Amendments to planning permission dated 18 April 2016 (RN: 11/10055) for: 1) Use of void areas within station building at basement, ground and mezzanine floors fronting onto Oxford Street for retail purposes, and erection of a building comprising first and six upper floors with roof top plant to the north of Fareham Street for use as 69 flats (Site C). 2) Use of ground floor void area fronting onto Dean Street and Fareham Street for retail purposes and erection of a building comprising first and five upper floors with roof top plant to the south of Fareham Street for use as 23 flats (Site D) NAMELY, amendment to Block C parapet heights and provision of inward openable windows; and on Blocks C and D the removal of the building maintenance unit and installation of a rooftop generator to approved under planning permission Ref. 20/00345/NMA.
