Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations. NAMELY, to allow the installation of an external staircase to the west side passage providing access from ground floor level at the front to the lower ground floor level at the rear, new bin store to lower ground floor level lightwell, and the provision of a covered terrace on the rear elevation of the Building.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 September 2019 (RN: 19/05859/FULL) for the: Replacement of the existing conservatory at lower ground floor with a single-storey rear extension. Alterations to windows and installation of rooflights. NAMELY, to retain the existing Juliet balcony with a new balustrade at first floor level, alterations to slope of external boundary wall, reduction in size of one rooflight at the side infill and retention of a window as opposed to converted to doorway.
