Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). Variation of condition 5 of appeal decision dated 14 July 2015 (RN: APP/X5990/D/15/3009550) for the re-positioning of the vehicle crossover on Townshend Road and new boundary wall treatment, erection of single storey side extension facing Townshend Road and small side extension next to No 28, excavation of a two storey basement, external alterations and the removal of three lime trees and replacement with suitable specimens.
