Amendments to planning permission dated 30th September 2020 (RN: 19/09329/COFUL) for demolition of existing structures including storage sheds and redevelopment of existing car park to provide two blocks of three and five storeys providing a total of 21 x Use Class C3 (residential) units and other associated works, including the provision of storage units, car and cycle parking, landscaping, access gates and boundary treatment. Namely, the installation of air bricks, raising of window transoms to all windows, reduction in size of mansard rooflights, raising of parapets around the top of the apartment building by 200mm, introduction of mechanical opening to windows, reduction in number of storage units to allow an increase in size, replacement of low level wall with railings at ground floor level at the rear of the block of flats, reconstruction of the vehicle crossover and amendment to the approved tenure mix from 8 x intermediate units to 8 x social rented units.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 08 September 2014 (RN:14/03923/FULL) for the excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent; namely, alterations to the size and position of the new rooflights and access hatch at roof level, opening up of a blind window at rear third floor level and alterations to the glazing on the front elevation.

Confirmation that planning permission dated 8th September 2014 (RN: 14/03923/FULL) has commenced on 31 August 2017 before the expiry of the three year time period and it is lawful to continue with this development for the 'excavation to create basement extension and lower pavement vaults; removal of existing extensions and replace with extensions at rear lower ground to third floor level including roof terrace at rear first floor level; erection of fourth floor extension in mansard style to rear and open up blind windows to front; installation of plant within mansard structure; new landscaping to garden and replace boundary wall with 16 Wilton Crescent'.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17th December 2021 (RN:21/03988/FULL) which in itself varies condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden. NAMELY, the addition of metal railings on the front boundary walls to the front garden, and the replacement of the gate to the front boundary wall

Creation of single storey basement extension, new mansard roof to create second floor accommodation, single storey side extension, rear bay extension at ground floor, changes to fenestration, installation of rooflights, alterations to front boundary treatment, associated landscaping, plant and cycle storage.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30 September 2019 (19/04631/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and 9 of planning permission dated 21 November 2017 (RN: 17/07627/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising lower ground floor, mezzanine, upper ground floor and first to eight floor levels for use as hotel (Class C1) with ancillary Bar/Restaurant, external landscaping and associated works. Namely, to allow maintenance access to the terrace; an additional two metres of excavation at basement level, the extension at basement and ground floor level out to the rear boundary with the alms house, increased plant screen height by 0.6 metres, the introduction of a maintenance doors to the front and rear at the 8th floor, the removal of coloured window reveals, alterations to the rear lightwell, removal of skylight and bench to the front forecourt, the addition of two security bollards at front boundary of the site. NAMELY to allow the installation of 3 additional illuminated bollards to front forecourt.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 February 2021 (RN: 20/06029/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of roof structure, extension and alterations to rear closet wing including incorporation of lift, replacement windows, alterations to the front boundary and front forecourt including extension and alterations to front vaults, excavation of new basement level including alterations to landscaping, plant enclosure and garden and bike stores to rear garden, and associated alterations. NAMELY, to allow the removal of trees and planting of replacement trees, shrubs and hedges edging the rear garden.

Enlargement of single storey side wing with rooflight and roof terrace and balustrade above, replacement front door and side window at ground floor level, creation of window and replacement door at first floor level, installation rooflights, alterations to the front boundary and replacement landscaping.

NAMELY, to allow the installation of an external staircase to the west side passage providing access from ground floor level at the front to the lower ground floor level at the rear, new bin store to lower ground floor level lightwell, and the provision of a covered terrace on the rear elevation of the Building.
