NAMELY, to allow rationalised front landscaping; moving the access to the rear from the southern side of the building to the northern side; addition of skylights above the side wings; addition of skylights to rear dwellings; making the lower ground floor rear terraces slightly deeper; widening of the second floor balcony; widening of the ground floor railings; and addition of three windows to northern flank wall.

Conversion of the gatehouse on Dean Bradley Street to provide a single dwelling unit. Provision of basement car parking and landscaped courtyards; Namely, the introduction of a winter garden at ninth floor; amending existing double glazed semi-circular windows to Crittall double glazed; the addition of decorative grilles in north core; additional lights; new double glazed Crittall doors to third floor Juliet balconies; minor amendments to layouts; removal of rooflght to south core and new balustrades to north core balustrades and sixth floor colonnade, alterations at roof level and other external changes.
