Amendments to planning permission dated 14 June 2019 (RN: 19/00941/FULL) for the: Relocation of plant equipment to existing roof, conversion of plant room to office floorspace, creation of roof terrace at 4th floor with new access door and associated works. Namely to remove part 3 of condition 8 which required detailed drawings at 1:10 with full size moulding details of the new front basement window to be approved and works to be caried out in accordance with the approved details, allow the installation of air conditioning units at roof level and refurbishment of the front basement window.
