Demolition of the existing double pitch roofs and replacement with a roof terrace with a new natural slate mansard roof surround with dormer windows, associated new access stair, WC & minor store. New structural support at upper floor levels to support the side wall; a new staircase connection to lower levels and some minor internal works including installation of a misting system and reinstatement of some removed or altered original features.

Amendments to planning permission dated 26 July 2019 (RN:19/03428/FULL) for the demolition of existing dwellinghouse and erection of new four storey dwellinghouse (Class C3) comprising a basement floor extending under part of the front and rear gardens, ground and two upper floors, and associated external alterations, including replacement of front boundary wall. Namely, minor repositioning of windows; repositioning of the side entrance door and change to style of door; Dormer window sizes reduced; Rear ground floor doors combined with windows and brick piers removed; Design of front portico simplified to be more in keeping with the house; Parapet detail amended; Alterations to chimney, height and capping; Reduction in size of rooflights to ground floor single storey rooms; Splitting up of the rooftop courtyard glazing; Alteration to basement lightwell configuration; Glazed metal door and security gates added and lowering of basement window cills; 5mm increase in height to a side extension; change in eaves height to main roof.

Demolition behind retained facade; reconstruction of the rear mansard; replacement dormer window on front roof slope; rebuilding the side and rear elevations with extensions to side and rear; installation of air source heat pump in the rear garden; provision of a bin store in the front garden; and new front boundary wall, piers and railings.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16 November 2021 (RN:21/05242/FULL) for Erection of rear extension, formation of lightwell and associated excavation to lower ground floor level; glazed conservatory at rear ground floor level with associated balcony and stair; partial demolition of existing closet wing and replacement with raised roof level; installation of dormer window, roof light and AC units at roof level and associated works. Namely, increasing the width of the steps from lower ground floor level and incorporation of a planter within the retaining wall.

Demolition of existing single storey, flat roofed rear extension which sits between lower and upper floor levels and the erection of a larger rear extension with a mansard roof to create a two storey internal space. At roof level of the main building, construction of a new dormer to the west facing pitch and the enlargement of the existing east facing dormer, both with rooflights. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 19 April 2021 (RN: 20/07287/FULL) for amalgamation of the lower ground and ground floor levels of 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of the rear closet wings to 111 and 113 Ebury Street, demolition and replacement of rear mansard extension and excavation at rear lower ground floor level and new rear ground floor extensions with new openings in the rear boundary wall facing Eccleston Yard to provide new restaurant floorspace (Class E). Installation of mechanical plant at roof level; Namely to demolish and reinstate gabled wall, alteration to fenestration pattern, replacement of staircase to 113 Ebury Street; demolition and reinstatement of chimney stack to No. 113 and demolition and replacement of mansards to Nos. 111 and 113 including dormer windows and valley gutters and installation of a new dry riser inlet.
