NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers for the addition of a second floor lift extension to the rear of the building.

Variation of Condition 7 of planning permission dated 30 June 2020 (RN: 20/00790) for 'Demolition of the existing mews house and construction of new house comprising ground with integrated garage, first and second floor mansard level, lowering of rear garden level to match adjoining properties and installation of plant machinery'. Namely, to allow the windows on the rear elevation at first and second floor levels to be openable.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 February 2020 (RN 19/07253/LBC) for the Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent date 04 April 2017 (RN: 16/10546/LBC) for "Alterations in connection with the reversion of the building to use as a single family dwelling, including removal of and rebuilding rear stable block, extension to main house and formation of basement and sub-basement levels; removal of garage building and erection of a replacement garage/ sub-station building; raising mansard roof trusses; and associated internal alterations, landscaping and associated works." NAMELY, to allow further internal and external alterations from lower ground floor to roof including further repair, restoration from RN 19/07253/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to relocate the bathroom.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th May 2019 (RN 18/04625/FULL) for the Excavation of basement floor below existing house and front garden with associated front lightwell; demolition of existing front garage and replacement front boundary; replacement of existing three storey wing with enlarged three storey side extension; replacement of existing ground and first floor rear extensions with new extensions at ground and first floor, with a terrace at rear first floor level with 1.8m high privacy screen and addition of railings to rear elevation at first floor level. NAMELY, to provide new drawings of the demolishing and replacing of the existing roof and rear wall.
